Superstars to Perform 19 Stadium Dates For Musical Event of 2012
Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw will reunite for the musical event of 2012, the 'Brothers of the Sun' Tour. The 19-date stadium tour finds Chesney, who consistently has crowds "eating up his every word and move," joined by “master showman” (Huffington Post) McGraw for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
"Tim and I have been great friends since we first toured together, and I can't wait to get back on the road with him," Chesney said. "He's one of my closest friends in music and in life, and I know this tour is going to be something special."
“Our friendship was forged on the road, so it’s going to be a blast heading out with Kenny again,” said McGraw. “We’ll be having as much fun on stage as the fans will be having in the audience.”
'Brothers of the Sun' will be the first time in 10 years that Chesney and McGraw have hit the road together. The reunion will kick off June 2 in Tampa, FL and will feature stadium shows on weekend dates at venues across the country, including Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field, Dallas' Cowboys Stadium, Detroit's Ford Field, and New Jersey's MetLife Stadium. 'Brothers of the Sun' will also feature special guests Grace Potter & The Nocturnals and Jake Owen.
The announcement comes on the heels of Chesney's massively successful 'Goin' Coastal' Tour, which blew away more than 1.3 million fans, making it the year's biggest country tour. A four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year winner, Chesney will be honored at CMT’s Artists of the Year event on December 13. "Reality," Chesney's fifth single from 2010’s ‘Hemingway’s Whiskey,' was shipped to radio in October.
McGraw is a three-time GRAMMY winner who has had #1 singles in each of the last three decades – 32 in total – including the title track of his most recent album, 'Southern Voice.' His 2010 tour in support of that album was the year's biggest country tour. “Felt Good On My Lips,” from his double-CD ‘Number One Hits,' spent three weeks at #1 earlier this year. NAPA and CAMP PENDLETON, CA (October 12, 2011) –Tim McGraw’s TOUR FOR THE TROOPS concert, courtesy of the Air Force Reserve, will celebrate and honor our servicemen and women with a free concert for members of the military and their families at 6:00 pm PST on Sunday, November 13 at Camp Pendleton. The concert by the GRAMMY® Award-winning musician will headline events including a Family Fun Day beginning at 12:00 pm PST.
“I am proud to perform for the troops and to celebrate our heroes, bringing attention to the need to improve quality of life among men and women who serve our country,” said Tim McGraw, honorary chairman of the Tug McGraw Foundation and the son of legendary baseball pitcher, Tug McGraw, who died from a brain tumor in 2003.
The Tug McGraw Foundation is working in partnership with Air Force Reserve, TriWest Healthcare Alliance and Marine Corps Community Services to educate members of the military and civilians about the increasing number of servicemen and women affected by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the resources available to them. These groups, representing military and civilian interests, are all lending support to enhance awareness of resources such as Marine Corps’ DSTRESS Line, a pilot program for active duty, reserve, veterans and retirees, as well as their families, in the western U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska. Callers to the line will speak with veteran Marines, former corpsmen, and licensed behavioral health counselors who have been specifically trained in Marine Corps culture and ethos. If successful, this pilot will be rolled out Marine Corps-wide in 2011.
Approximately 300,000 service members are currently being treated for PTSD, according to a 2008 RAND Survey entitled, “One in five Iraq and Afghanistan veterans suffer from PTSD or major depression.” However, from 2001 to 2007, more than 1.8 million service members were deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries. Of those men and women, approximately 38% percent of all active duty service members and 49% of the National Guard have reported psychological symptoms, according to the Department of Defense Task Force on Mental Health report, “An Achievable Vision: Report of the Department of Defense Task Force on Mental Health.”
"No single agency or organization has the manpower or resources to provide a lifetime of care and support to our military families, but by collaborating with committed partners we can ensure a network of care that these dedicated heroes have earned and deserve. Tim says his role in the upcoming movie ‘Dirty Girl’ is small but important. In the movie, Tim is actress June Temple’s character’s father. Temple’s character, Danielle, takes a road trip in search of her real dad with actor Jeremy Dozier’s character, Clarke. All three were on hand this Monday for the film’s California premiere. McGraw walked the red carpet and stopped for a few photos with Temple.

The reaction of Brisbane fans to Faith Hill joining Tim McGraw on stage for one song has resulted in an entire tour.
It was only a year ago when McGraw visited Australia for the first time with his Southern Voice tour and now the royal couple of country music have announced they're returning next March to perform together.
"We had so much fun as a family, we loved the crowd response and we loved the people in Australia and our kids had a great time," McGraw told AAP.
Hill too, says she left Australia last year saying "I want to go back."
"I've always wanted to perform there, and now it's the right time. I have great fans there."

America mourns the tragedies of the 10-year anniversary since the terrorist attacks which occurred on 9/11. For Bib and Rich's Big Kenny, the 9/11 attacks happened at possibly the lowest time in his life, as he was a struggling singer-songwriter trying to get his foot in the door in the country music scene, writing lyrics to songs like Tim McGraw's ‘Last Dollar (Fly Away).’
“I was laying on my mattress in my apartment because that was all I had,” Big Kenny tells Taste of Country of the morning of September 11, 2001. “That was all I had. I was over $200,000 in debt, and more than half of that was on credit cards. I was flipping back and forth to pay to make records and help my friends. That [time period] is what inspired me to write [the lyrics to] ‘Last Dollar.’”
That year on New Year’s Eve, Big Kenny was in his hotel room by himself in Las Vegas when he finally hit rock bottom. “I went to pull my shoes off at 5:30 in the morning, and the heel came off the bottom of my boot,” he recalls. “I didn’t know how I was going to eat or get home. I laid back on the bed and said, ‘Lord, what’s next?’ In the next 30 minutes, the lyrics came to me.”

Taylor Swift's not the only one who grew up falling in love to Tim McGraw songs. Kimberly Perry of The Band Perry took me down her own memory lane on Saturday (July 16) night when they were in Chicago to open McGraw's concert. I asked them what it was like to be touring with such a country superstar, and Reid Perry first said it was one of the best experiences they've had in their 13 years in music.
Then Kimberly got a little more specific. "I grew up listening to Tim in Mobile, Ala., going mud ridin'," she said. "That's what we would do when it rained. We would all get in these jacked-up trucks and go ride through mud puddles. And I remember listening to Tim when I was 15 or 16 years old, riding in these mud trucks. And now here we are performing with him," she said. I imagined they'd be cranking "Where the Green Grass Grows" or "I Like It, I Love It."
But Perry said they'd play "It's Your Love" over and over and over. When I said that didn't really sound like a mud ridin' kind of song, she just smiled and said, "It is when you go with your boyfriend." Country will air a live, 90-minute concert special featuring Hank
Williams, Jr. and Alabama, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Ronnie Dunn,
Sara Evans, Tim McGraw and many others to raise awareness and funds for
those affected by the recent devastating storms, flooding and tornadoes.
The fundraising special will air live from Nashville on Thursday, May
12 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on CMT and will be simulcast on CMT.com.
Additional artists to be announced; all money raised will benefit the
American Red Cross Disaster Relief efforts.

got the ball rolling on the fundraising event this past weekend when he
reached out to CMT to express his urgent desire to address the disaster:

am really pumped about helping. I want to raise a lot of money, and
thanks to my good friends, we are going to be able to make a
difference.”

After more than a year of appearances without
his signature black cowboy hat while promoting movies "The Blind Side"
and "Country Strong," McGraw is back to focusing on music for a while.
He has recorded a new album,
launched his own SiriusXM channel, "Tim McGraw Radio," on Wednesday, and
just kicked off his "Emotional Traffic" tour, which will include a
special Sirius concert next week in New York City.
"It's sort of like a cape," he said in a recent interview of wearing a
cowboy hat. "I just don't feel the same without it when I'm talking
about music. It just sort of goes hand in hand."
He'll need whatever superpower the hat might give him as he faces one
last showdown with his label, Curb Records. McGraw said his upcoming
"Emotional Traffic" album would be his "absolute last album" with Curb
if it kills him, and even though he finished the album in the fall,
there is still no release date.
"All the songs have been done for a long time, and the label has had it.
It's the last album that they have of mine, so they're trying to hold
on to it as long as they can," he said. "Whenever Mike Curb decides he's
going to play fair, it will be out."

In this intimate new video, Tim McGraw breaks down his song ‘Everywhere’ during a new performance for the American Express ‘Pairings’ series.
“Well ‘Everywhere,’ it was this real crucial time in my career,” McGraw says of the hit. “The story of the song is the love of your life that you can’t get out of your head, no matter where you go. Essentially, you can travel all over the place — and us being gypsies as musicians are — we tend to be drawn to those kind of songs. I think that’s a current theme in music … love and lost love and trying to get that love back.”
‘Everywhere, the second single from the singer’s 1997 album with the same name, charted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles chart. In this video, McGraw, backed by a string section and a few guitars, lays down a performance that is just as emotional as the song itself, giving the small audience — and now us — a real treat.

Tim McGraw, named country music's No. 1 touring act of 2010 by Billboard, announced today that he and his band, the Dancehall Doctors, will return to the road this spring. The "Emotional Traffic Tour" will feature special guests Luke Bryan and The Band Perry. Dates for the extensive North American run will be announced shortly.

Tim McGraw Teams Up with General Mills’ Hamburger Helper® and Feeding America® to Help Fight Hunger
Minneapolis, MN, November 4, 2010 – General Mills’ Hamburger Helper® is partnering with GRAMMY® Award-winning singer, songwriter and actor Tim McGraw to help Feeding America deliver millions of meals to local food banks through the Show Your Helping Hand™ campaign.
“It’s hard to believe that one in six people struggles with not having enough food,” said Tim McGraw. “That’s why I’m proud to be involved in this effort with Hamburger Helper to help Feeding America deliver millions of meals to local food banks. If we all show a helping hand, together we can make a difference in the fight against hunger.”
Fans can support the campaign by submitting codes from specially marked boxes of Hamburger Helper online at www.showyourhelpinghand.com or by logging on to donate funds directly to Feeding America. Hamburger Helper has already donated $525,000 and will donate up to $100,000 more based on code redemptions, for a total of $625,000. Hamburger Helper will donate 17 cents for each code that is redeemed – enough for Feeding America to deliver one meal to a local food bank.
According to Feeding America, approximately 5.7 million different people receive emergency food assistance from the Feeding America system in any given week. McGraw has partnered with Hamburger Helper and will lend his voice to the campaign in the form of a Public Service Announcement, which will be distributed nationwide this month to raise awareness about the national issue of hunger.
“Right now 49 million Americans are at the risk of hunger and the need for emergency food is higher than it has ever been before,” explained Vicki B. Escarra, president and CEO, Feeding America, the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity. “We are grateful for Tim’s partnership and support and hope that it will inspire others to contribute to those in need.”

Louisiana homecoming for Tim McGraw and Trace Adkins, plus Kenny

Day Weekend 2011 (Saturday, May 28 & Sunday, May 29), Bayou Country

campus of Louisiana State University for the huge two-day celebration.
The 2010 event drew over 87,000 people from all across the country to
Tiger Stadium, making the Bayou Country Superfest a new Memorial Day

Contest overview: Tim
McGraw ("Artist") just finished his Southern Voice 2010 Tour, and would like to
consider fans' videos from the tour for possible inclusion in his new music
video for the song "Felt Good On My Lips." This Contest is a skill contest
wherein each entrant submits a new and original video (the "Video") in which
he/she shows footage from the Artist's tour (the "Entry(ies)"). Five (5)
winners (the "Winner(s)") will be selected from the Contest. Each Winner
will receive a copy of the Artist's "Number One Hits" CD, autographed by the
Artist. In addition, the music video for Artist's single, "Felt Good On
My Lips" MAY include an Artist-selected portion of each Winner's Video. Each Entrant irrevocably assigns to Company
and its affiliates, successors, licensees, assigns and designees, in whole or
in part all of Entrant's right, title and interest in and to the Video.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Company and its designees and licensees, successors and assigns, shall have the unrestricted right to exhibit, webcast, podcast, broadcast, copy, reproduce, encode, compress, encrypt, incorporate data into, edit, rebroadcast, transmit, record, publicly perform, display, create derivative works of, distribute and synchronize in time related to visual elements, post, and/or otherwise use and/or exploit the Video or any parts thereof, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, in any manner or media now existing or hereinafter devised, including, but not limited to, the right to make any and all uses thereof, or for purposes of advertising or trade without any compensation to Entrant or any other party or location appearing in such materials. Company has no obligation to publish, display, broadcast or otherwise use the Video for any purpose.
Winner Selection; Notification; Affidavit of Eligibility and Releases: Winners will be selected by Company on or about October 26, 2010. NOTE: THERE IS NO GAURANTEE THAT ANY OF THE ELIGIBLE ENTRIES WILL BE SELECTED FOR INCLUSION IN THE ARTIST'S MUSIC VIDEO FOR "FELT GOOD ON MY LIPS." The Eligible Entries will be judged based on the following equally weighted criteria: originality (30%), creativity (30%) and most compelling (40%) (the "Judging Criteria"). The top three (3) Videos will be chosen as Winners based on the Judging Criteria by votes from members of Artist and/or Artist's management company, Red Light Management (the "Judges").
Company reserves the right to extend the Contest Period or to not select any Winners if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion that the Entries did not meet the minimum qualification standards based on the Judging Criteria specified herein. Company reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winners in its sole discretion. All decisions of Company are final in all matters relating to the Contest. To the extent permitted by law, Company disclaims any liability from, and Entrants, whether or not a Winner, agree to waive, any claims against Company relating to the judging or awarding process.
Winners
may be required to sign a release of liability, a filming release and an
affidavit of eligibility to verify their eligibility, including, without

will make up to two (2) attempts over a twenty four (24) hour period following

will receive a copy of the Artist's "Number One Hits" CD, autographed by the
Artist.
The
total approximate retail value of the Winner prize(s) will be $50.00. Only

devised throughout the world in perpetuity, including without limitation, (i)
on the YouTube Website, the Contest website, www.timmcgraw.com, and/or any
other web site related to or affiliated with Company or the Contest
(collectively, the "Contest Websites"); (ii) in television programming,
internet materials, downloads and DVDs relating to Artist; and (iii) other
promotional or commercial materials created in connection with Artist or
otherwise, and to use and edit any still, image or photo taken from the Video,
at any time or times, in any media now known or hereinafter devised. Entrants
shall have no right of notice, review or approval of any such use of the Video
and/or Entrant's Intellectual Property, as applicable, and/or Entrant's name,
(b) acknowledges and agrees that the Video (or any part thereof), Entrant's
Intellectual Property and/or his/her name, image or likeness may be
used in whole or in part, alone or in combination with other works, and that
such materials may be changed, altered, edited or modified, used in distorted,
illusory or composite form, or in any other manner, as solely determined by
Company; (c) warrants and represents that Entrant has received all rights,
releases and permissions which may be necessary from the videographer(s) of the
Video and any and all persons appearing in the Video to grant the rights set
forth herein; and (d) shall provide specific written consent to any use granted
above upon request of Company.
By entering, each Entrant represents and warrants that:
(i) Entrant's Video is the Video of that Entrant;
(ii) the Video is the sole, exclusive, and original creation of
contestant and has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work;
(iii) the Video does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark/trade
name, logo, or intellectual property right, other proprietary right of any
person (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal
in a false light), or entity;
(iv) the Video has not been published, or submitted in any other competition;
and
(v) Entrant is responsible for any and all clearances (including, without
limitation any persons or parties appearing in connection therewith) in
connection with such Video.
Company will not respond to any questions about an Entry or the Contest. Once
an Entry is submitted, it cannot be changed, altered or modified by an Entrant.
No more than one (1) Video may be submitted per Entrant.
General Conditions: The Contest is
void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including,

Country Strong is set to release the orginal film's soundtrack on October 26! Contributing to the collection of songs are film stars such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Tim McGraw, Garrett Hedlund, and Leighton Meester. Hedlund and Meester were voices for one song each while Paltrow lent her voice in four others, including the title track single - at country radio now - and "Me and Tennessee," a duet with McGraw, written by Paltrow's husband, Chris Martin.
The Country Strong soundtrack is filled with not only the film's stars but also other country best's such as Trace Adkins; Ronnie Dunn; Sara Evans; Faith Hill; Patty Loveless; Hank Williams, Jr.; Lee Ann Womack; and Chris Young.
The collection also benefits from the work of some of Nashville's finest producers behind each song, including Chuck Ainlay, Kenny Beard, Tony Brown, Nathan Chapman, Byron Gallimore, Jay Joyce, Michael Knox, Frank Liddell, James Stroud, and Luke Wooten, with a self-produced track by Ronnie Dunn. But we've seen the spirit of our community first hand, as volunteers, church groups and our local business leaders rally to help," said Tim and Faith in a statement. Country music superstar Tim McGraw is confirmed to tour Australia for the first time, promoters Chugg Entertainment and Rob Potts announced today.
McGraw, and his band the Dancehall Doctors, will bring his Southern Voice Tour to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney for shows in September.
"My career's been going for a while and I've been looking for opportunities to come down, and this is the first time the timing's worked out. I'm very excited," said McGraw when asked about Australia and touring here for the first time.

McGraw's song Something Like That was the number 1 played song on US radio for the first decade of the 21st Century and with 7.8 million spins, himself the most-played artist.
His 2006 Soul2Soul II Tour with wife, Faith Hill, beat Madonna and the Rolling Stones that year, is the highest grossing country tour of all time and in the top five of any.

Tee-up and get set for Tim McGraw's special musical appearance at The Players Championship on Military Appreciation Day! The Players Championship is scheduled for Wednesday, May 5, at The Players Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass.
The ceremony is dedicated to the military and their families. The program will take place on the 18th green and will include pageantry by military personnel, a color guard, the National Anthem and a flyover by the Blue Angels. During the ceremony, PGA Tour commissioner, Tim Finchem and two-time Players champion Hal Sutton will deliver personal remarks for the military families, as well as a representative from the U.S. Military. The program will conclude with a special performance by McGraw.
"I can't begin to sympathize with the immense sacrifice that our U.S. Military and their families make on a daily basis," McGraw said. "I'm proud to be a part of The Players Military Appreciation Day and hope that a few songs for these brave men and women will help them enjoy themselves at the tournament and understand all of our deepest appreciation for their service.
The Players tournament officials announced that there is FREE admission for military personnel all day, every day. This includes active duty, reserve and retired military personnel and their dependents. Furthermore, The Players will offer hospitality at the Patriots' Outpost between fairways No. 16 and No. 18.
For 2010, complimentary military tickets will be ordered online via Ticketmaster. Military must present ticket and ID (CAC identification card) at the tournament gate. The Academy of Country Music announced today that Tim McGraw, Jason Aldean, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton & Trace Adkins, and Carrie Underwood, are scheduled to perform as part of the 45th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS, hosted by Reba McEntire. The ceremony, which honors country music's top talent as well as the industry's hottest emerging artists, is produced for television by Dick Clark Productions and will be broadcast LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 18th, 2010 at 8:00 PM ET on the CBS Television Network.

Billy Currington, Alan Jackson, Tim McGraw and Kellie Pickler are the latest additions to the artist lineup for 2010 CMA Music Festival, which will be held Thursday through Sunday, June 10-13 in Nashville, Tenn.
Previously announced artists include Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and Zac Brown Band. All of the announced artists will perform during the Nightly Concerts at LP Field.
This will be McGraw's first appearance at the event since 2001, when he was a surprise guest during Kenny Chesney's performance as part of the Nightly Concerts at LP Field and the event was still known as Fan Fair. His last announced appearance was in 2000, the last year Fan Fair was held at the Nashville Fairgrounds. He has participated in the event eight times since his Fan Fair debut in 1993. McGraw has won 11 CMA Awards, including Entertainer of the Year in 2001; Male Vocalist in 1999 and 2000; Album of the Year in 1998 (A Place in the Sun) and 1999 (Everywhere); and Musical Event of the Year in 2007 on "Find Out Who Your Friends Are" with Tracy Lawrence and Chesney.
"We are thrilled to welcome Tim back to CMA Music Festival in 2010," said Steve Moore, CMA Board Chairman. Tim McGraw will welcome the crowd and Great American Country TV star Storme Warren will host a concert event on Tuesday, February, 2, 2010 at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville when Screen Gems films a climactic scene for the feature film Love Don't Let Me Down, starring Oscar®-winner Gwyneth Paltrow (Best Actress, Shakespeare in Love, 1998) and Superstar Tim McGraw. PLEASE NOTE: TIM MCGRAW WILL NOT PERFORM AT THIS EVENT, THOUGH OTHER ACTS WILL.
Audience members receive the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be featured as extras in a film as well as hear some great music, including live acoustic sets by the band The Lost Trailers (which will open for part of Tim McGraw's upcoming "Southern Voice" tour).
Admission is Free and participants must be at least eighteen-years-old.
The scene filmed will be the moment when superstar Kelly Canter, played by Gwyneth Paltrow, wows them at her big comeback concert. Playing Kelly's opening acts are Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester and Garrett Hedlund (Tron Legacy), who, like Paltrow, will perform original songs written by some of Nashville's hottest composers.
The actors will sing to pre-recorded playback as part of the filmmaking process. Other acts will perform live.
Tim McGraw, who will welcome the crowd, plays the non-singing role of Kelly's husband-manager. He hails the concert as "an opportunity country fans won't want to miss. Gwyneth, Leighton and Garrett are sensational singers, the songs are great and the scene is really exciting. They'll also get the chance to hear my friends The Lost Trailers before we begin our tour on February 11th."
Throughout the event, Storme Warren will keep things hopping by introducing musical acts and distributing special prizes.
The producers have invited Nashville-based charity SOLES4SOULS to be their partner in the event. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring pairs of new or slightly worn shoes (banded or tied together) that the charity will collect at the event to support the Haitian relief efforts. The "Southern Voice" tour, promoted nationally by Live Nation, will commence at Qwest Center in Omaha, NE on February 11th and conclude at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Virginia Beach, VA on August 15th. Here's a glimpse of Tim's performance September 10th for the "NFL Opening Kickoff Presented by EA Sports" in Pittsburgh. In honor of the six-time Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers, the celebration of the 2009 season was held in Point State Park across the river from the Steelers' home stadium. The concert aired at the start of the NFL broadcast of the first game of the season: Titans vs. Steelers. Tim performed an hour set for fans at the park, and then two songs for the TV broadcast. The TV audience was the largest ever for an NFL Kickoff event.

Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF), in partnership with The Tug McGraw Foundation (TMF) and Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, will present "Country United: Advancing Medicine from the Frontlines to the Homefront." The presenting sponsor of the event is TriWest Healthcare Alliance.
Country United is a two-day event dedicated to supporting advances in medical care and quality of life for our nation's battle-wounded, ill and injured service members. It will help expedite innovations in military medical treatment and research - which will also greatly benefit civilian medical care - by bringing together leading experts, beginning with a day-long symposium. Military and civilian heroes will be recognized the following evening at an awards gala hosted by Emmy Award-winning NBC and HBO Sports broadcaster Bob Costas, with performances by Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and others.
The Partnership for Military Medicine Symposium will take place Friday, November 6, in Washington, DC. It will feature renowned military and civilian researchers and clinicians as well as policymakers engaging in panel discussions on: posttraumatic stress and traumatic brain injury; military/civilian efforts in humanitarian aid and disaster response; and joint efforts to combat global infectious diseases. Experts include:
Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases;
Dr. Robert Ursano, founding director of the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences;
Dr. W. Craig Vanderwagen, former Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, Department of Health and Human Services;

Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC), member, House Armed Services Committee and Congressional Brain Injury Task Force.
The symposium will encourage public/private collaborations to accelerate advances in care for wounded, ill and injured warriors and civilians. Faith Hill will be the luncheon keynote speaker, joined by Lieutenant Colonel Gregory Gadson. Gadson, who lost his legs to a roadside bomb in Baghdad, was credited by the New York Giants as the inspiration for their victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII.
The Country United Gala will take place Saturday, November 7. Hosted by Costas, it will include an awards dinner and silent and live auctions, culminating in performances by Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, the Warren Brothers and friends.
Dean Kamen, inventor of the "Segway," will present the "Visionary Award" at the gala. Kamen and his company, DEKA, have partnered with military researchers to create advanced new prosthetics, including a robotic arm. "I can personally attest to the tremendous value and effectiveness of military-civilian collaborations," Kamen said. "By working together, we can create incredible advances in medical technology that benefit not only our military men and women, but also civilians."
"While only one percent of the U.S. population volunteers to serve in our armed forces, it is the responsibility of the remaining 99 percent of us, as they protect and defend our freedom with their lives, to assure they receive the best possible care," said David J. We are saddened to learn about the passing of Senator Edward Kennedy. On behalf of the Tug McGraw Foundation and the Neighbor's Keeper Foundation, we extend our condolences to his family, friends, and supporters.
A dedicated public servant and a longtime champion of universal health care, Senator Kennedy was also a model of strength and courage during his year-long battle with brain cancer. In a recent Newsweek article, he said "... We’re very sorry to report that a stage roof collapsed due to severe weather in Camrose, Alberta on Saturday night that claimed a life and injured a number of people in attendance at the festival. Code of Conduct
You
agree to respect the rights of others and exercise good judgment. You
agree that you will not:
• Restrict or inhibit any other
visitor or member from using the Site, including, without limitation,
by means of "hacking" or defacing any portion of the Site;
• Use the Site or Materials for any unlawful purpose;
•
Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us,
without our prior written consent;
• Impersonate any person or

"Stalk" or otherwise harass another person; • Solicit

do so; (c) any trade secret of any third party; or (d) any

investment opportunities or other unsolicited commercial
communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us);

Use the Site for any commercial purpose, such as conducting sales of
tickets, merchandise or services of any kind. Without limiting the
foregoing, you may not resell or link to other sites for the purpose
of selling tickets of any kind;
• Engage in spamming or
flooding;
• Transmit any software or other materials that
contain any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time
bombs or other items of a destructive nature;
• Modify, adapt,
sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or
disassemble any portion of the Site; • Remove any copyright,
trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site;
• "Frame" or "mirror" any part of the Site
without our prior written authorization;
• Use any robot,
spider, offline reader, site search/retrieval application or other
manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data
mine" or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational
structure or presentation of the Site or its contents without our
prior written consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RDT grants the
operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy
materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the
extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices
of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. RDT
reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in
specific cases;
• Harvest or collect information about Site
visitors or members without their express consent;
• Take any
action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load
on our infrastructure;
• Access, reload or "refresh"
transactional event or ticketing pages, or make any other request to
transactional servers, more than once during any three-second
interval; • Request more than 1,000 pages of the Site in any
twenty-four hour period, whether alone or acting in concert with a
group of individuals; or
• Violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law, rules or regulations, including,
without limitation, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other
securities exchange.
Privacy
We will have the right to collect, share and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference in these Terms.
Ownership and Restrictions on Use
The
information and materials provided on or through the Site, including
any data, text, designs, graphics, images, photographs,

(collectively, the "Materials"), are intended to educate
and inform you about the events, venues and other products and
services offered or described on the Site. Although RDT strives to

protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other
laws, and you acknowledge that these rights are valid and
enforceable. You further acknowledge that you do not acquire any
ownership rights by using the Site or the Materials.

trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site
(collectively the "Trademarks") are the registered and
unregistered trademarks of RDT, RDT's licensors and suppliers, and
others. The Trademarks owned by RDT, whether registered or

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Club, RDT, Artist and Artist's management, and each of their parents, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers and sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and other representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (i) your breach of this Agreement, including any violation of the Code of Conduct, above; (ii) any allegation that any User Content or other materials you submit to us or transmit to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (iii) your activities in connection with the Site.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable to you or any third party for failure or delay in performing our obligations hereunder if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, computer viruses, terrorism, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms will be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the intellectual property rights of RDT or Artist, these persons or entities may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Virginia.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America, without regards to its principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any State or Federal court located in Virginia, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements between us with respect to such subject matter. Use of This Site by Children
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that such individuals do not provide Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) through the Site. Accordingly, we request that person's age and residence before we permit anyone to register with our site, open an account, register for our newsletter, participate in any games, contests or sweepstakes, purchase tickets or other merchandise, join a mailing list or to request any information, products or services offered by our site. We do not accept any such registration from, or provide any product or service to, any visitor who identifies himself or herself as being under the applicable age limit without confirmed parental consent. If we discover any Personally Identifiable Information from anyone who is under the applicable age limit provided without parental consent, we will promptly delete it. During the sign-up process for this site we may have collected parents' credit card information for two reasons: 1. To verify your parental consent for your child to become a member of the site and have access to all of its features. 2. To process your membership fee. By providing your credit card information and email address you are giving consent for your child to use all of the features of the web site. During the registration process, we will directly collect from your child their first name, username, date of birth and password for the site. We will also collect your email address and billing information and your child's email address from you. None of this information is ever shared with 3rd parties. After registration is completed with your consent, your child will have access to all of the interactive features of the web site including chat, message boards, community section, community profile, and community inbox. 1. What Information We Collect
RDT
gathers two basic types of information through the Site: "Personally
Identifiable Information" (or "PII") and
"Non-Personally Identifiable Information" (or "Non-PII").
PII is information that identifies or can identify you as an
individual (such as residential address, telephone number, or billing
information) and Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic
information, IP addresses and any other information that does not
reveal your specific identity.
a.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information -When
you visit and interact with the Site, RDT and third parties with whom
RDT has contracted to provide services to RDT may collect Non-PII
(for example, a catalog of the Site pages you visit). Non-PII is
anonymous and does not identify you personally. Non-PII is generally
collected through the Site from four different sources: Internet
protocol addresses and web logs; cookies; pixel tags and other
similar technologies; and other Non-PII that you voluntarily provide
(as explained below).
i.
IP Protocol Addresses and Web Logs -
This Site's web servers automatically collect the Internet Protocol
(IP) addresses and log files of visitors. Your IP address is an
identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by
your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This number is identified and
logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the
Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that
you visited. This information is collected in an aggregate form only
and does not contain any PII. We use your IP address, and the IP
addresses of all users, for purposes such as calculating Site usage
levels, helping diagnose problems with the Site's servers, and
administering the Site. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice
on the Internet and is done automatically by many websites.
ii.
Cookies - We
and our service providers may use a standard technology called a
"cookie" to collect information about how you use the Site.
Cookies reside on your computer and help the Site recognize your
computer's browser as a previous visitor. In addition, on occasion
our Site may also set a "session cookie" which helps us
administer the Site. The session cookie expires when you close your
browser and does not retain any information about you after it
expires. If you do not want information collected through the use of

Pixel Tags - We
and our service providers may also use so-called "pixel tags,"
"web beacons," "clear GIFs" or similar means
(collectively, "Pixel Tags") in connection with some Site
pages and HTML-formatted email messages to, among other things,
compile aggregate statistics about Site usage and response rates. A
Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is
ordinarily not visible to Site visitors and may be associated with
cookies on the visitors' hard drives. Pixel Tags do not contain any
PII and allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the
Site, to deliver branded services, and to help determine the
effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in
HTML-formatted email messages, Pixel Tags can tell the sender whether
and when an email has been opened.
iv.
Information You Voluntarily Provide -
We may also collect certain information (e.g., your geographic
location, your genre preferences etc.) when you voluntarily provide
such information to us. When such information is not combined with
any PII, such information is considered to be Non-PII, as it does not
personally identify you or any other user. Additionally, we may
aggregate PII in a manner such that the end-product does not
personally identify you or any other user of the Site, for example,
by using PII to calculate the percentage of our users who have a
particular telephone area code. Such aggregate information is
considered Non-PII for purposes of this Policy.
b.
Personally Identifiable Information -You
may use many features of this Site without providing any PII.
However, in order to take advantage of particular opportunities made
available through the Site (for example, to access additional
services provided by this Site such as concert updates, chat room
forums and/or personalized content) we may require that you furnish
PII to us such as: your name, postal address, telephone number, fax
number email address, age, gender, credit card number or other
payment account number and health-related information (for example,
physically disabled seating requests). We collect PII from you
through the Site only when you voluntarily provide it.
If you
become a member of the Club, you should note that when you complete
your member profile, this information can be viewed by other members.
Accordingly, you should not provide any information in your member
profile that you do not wish to share with third parties and you
should have no privacy expectations with respect to the information
contained therein. You should be aware that if you voluntarily
disclose information online in a publicly accessible area, such as in
your member profile, a message board or chat room, that information
may be collected and used by others. We do not control the actions of
our visitors. If you disclose PII in your member profile, message
board, or any other publicly accessible place on the Internet, you do
so at your own risk and should understand that your submitted
information may be collected and used by others to send you
unsolicited messages, advertisements, or for other purposes. Please
remember that protection of your privacy begins with you. You are
solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any password you
use to register, and you should always be careful and responsible
whenever disclosing information online.
2. How Information We Collect Is Used
a.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information -
Because Non-PII does not personally identify you, we may use such
information for any purpose. For example, we may use Non-PII to
measure the number of visits, average time spent on the Site and
pages viewed as well as to diagnose problems with our servers and to
administer the Site. We may then use this information to analyze and
improve the features and functionality of this Site. We may use
non-PII information about you and other Site visitors on an aggregate
basis to sell and deliver advertising, promotions and content that we
believe will be of interest to you. In addition, we reserve the right
to share such Non-PII, which does not personally identify you, with
third parties, for any purpose. For example, we may share information
with advertisers or other third parties that are not part of the RDT
family on an aggregate or other basis that does not disclose any of

In some instances, we may combine Non-PII with PII
(such as embedding email addresses in cookies). If we do combine any
Non-PII with PII, the combined information will be treated as PII as
long as it is so combined. This "combined" PII is not
shared with third parties, except as described in this Policy.

Personally Identifiable Information
i.
Site: We may
use PII you give us to better tailor your website experience to your
interests, and to show you content in which you may be interested and
to display the content according to your preferences. We may also
share your PII within the RDT business family in order to enhance
your experience on other RDT websites. To the extent we do so, we
make sure that your PII receives the same level of protection
throughout the RDT business family. Please note that such sharing may
involve the collection use, storage, or disclosure of PII outside the
United States of America.

Communications:
If you choose to opt-in, we may use your PII to send you information
about the Site, as well as promotional material on behalf of some of
our partners. If at any time you change your mind and prefer to no
longer receive such marketing communications from us, please see the

Administrative Matters:
RDT reserves the right to contact you in the event of a change in the
Site's Terms of Use and/or this Privacy Policy, or to notify you of

Internal Business Purposes:

Shopping/Commercial Services:
This Site may offer merchandise and/or ticket purchase services,
which may be offered by us or by one of our e-commerce partners. To
the extent the merchandise and/or ticket purchase services are

To the extent RDT is the
entity offering the purchase services, when you make a purchase
through the Site, we may collect your credit card number or other
payment account number (for example, your PayPal account number),
billing address and other information related to such purchase
(collectively, "Payment Information") from you. We will use
the Payment Information that you provide to bill you for your
purchase and to fulfill your purchase. By providing your Payment
Information, you are authorizing us to give that information to third
parties as necessary to confirm and fulfill your order (for example,
to process your credit card or payment account number and to send you
products you have ordered).
viii.
Email This to a Friend:
The Site may allow you to forward certain items posted on Site or
links to Site features by email or Instant Messenger to other parties
who you believe may be interested. If you wish to use this feature,
you may provide us with such other party's email address or Instant
Messenger screen name so that we can facilitate your sending of such
message to such other party. To do so, any PII you provide in
connection with sending such other party the message, such as your
name and your email address or Instant Messenger screen name, will,
of course, be disclosed to such other party. While, due to technical
restrictions, the recipient's email address or Instant Messenger
screen names may be retained in our log files, we do not knowingly
share it with third parties and we do not use this PII for any
purpose except to send this message (unless the recipient has already
consented to such use of his/her PII).

Online Surveys/Sweepstakes and Contests:
From time to time, we conduct online surveys and offer online
sweepstakes or contests on the Site (each, a "Promotion"),
and we may collect PII in connection with the same. We may use your

We reserve the right to share PII collected in connection with

Assignment:

other disposition of all or any portion of RDT's business, assets or

4. Collection of Information By Third Parties

Co-Branded Pages -
We may enter into relationships with "powered by" partners,
business partners, sponsors, and co-branded sites (referred to here
as "co-branded pages"). These might include, for example,
pages that share our name and that of another entity. You should look
for a specific privacy policy on any such co-branded page. Any PII
that you provide when signing up at any co-branded page may be
collected by, or shared with, our third-party partner. We have no
control over, and are not responsible for, our partners' use of your

Transactions With E-Commerce Partners, Vendors and Advertisers -
When you provide PII to one of our Site's e-commerce partners,
